Technical Development Project Manager (Full-Remote)
We are looking for a qualified Technical Development Project Manager to join our team. You will be responsible for the day-to-day management and smooth operation of multipledevelopment teams.

Contract: Self-Employed / Contractor (Invoice)
Note: We hire globally and cannot facilitate payroll in most countries. This is a Self-Employed / Contractor position.

About the Role
For this position, we expect you to be a tech-savvy professional with an in-depth understanding of how technology can help us achieve our business goals. You should be methodical and have excellent time management and writing skills. A background as a developer is highly preferred.
To be successful at a Technical Development Project Manager, you should also use your communication skills to collaborate effectively with various development teams. A large part of the time will be spent on writing development instructions (cards) and coordination with the development teams to ensure qualitative development.
Most of our applications are developed in NodeJS (back-end) or NuxtJS (front-end). The 2022-2023 projects are focused on Web3 technologies. All our projects are developed at scale serving 20m+ unique visitors and 50bn+ requests per month.
Responsibilities
Write detailed development instructions
Break-down complex tasks into multiple smaller assignments
Provide end-to-end project management
Develop a detailed project plan and monitor progress
Collaborate with development teams to design, develop, and implement projects
Deliver projects on time ensuring quality standards are met
Develop support documentation including risk logs and requirement specifications
Communicate with the teams and ensure all members are on board with delegated tasks
Highlight potential risks or malfunctions and act proactively to resolve issues
Requirements
Proven work experience as a Technical Development Project Manager or experience as a Developer
Solid technical background with an ability to address accessibility and compatibility issues
Excellent organization and time management skills
Communication and team management skills
BSc in Computer Science or relevant field, or equivalent experience
